At Steps Towards Crafting, all the products are handcrafted. We are a very small business. Returns and Refunds are not accepted until and unless the product has manufacturing defect or is broken. Buyer needs to send unboxing video and report the same within 24 hours of receiving the same on our whatsapp number or email.
